We loved staying at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including free parking and fast Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with easy access to the motorway and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful.

Everything was fantastic.

Room was large and quiet. The restaurant was a good choice after a full day of driving. Lot of local food with a bit of creativity.The private parking is definitely a plus in a very busy city.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the old-town area was perfect for exploring the local shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service, from the quick check-in and check-out process to the friendly bell staff and housekeeping. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The hotel also offered a range of services including car hire and dry cleaning, making our stay even more convenient.

a big hotel that has seen better days 30 years ago, but it is OK. It was funny to see that the leaflet in the room about the international dialing codes is still listing East Germany, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia among others! These countries do not exist for 15-20 years!! Still, I liked this hotel with its 70's charme!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the autostrada, making it easily accessible for travellers. It's also close to a grocery store, which can be useful. The old-town is also nearby, offering some local sightseeing opportunities. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, offering a good selection of food.

There seemed to be some noise coming from other guests in the hotel during our stay.

Instead of double room, we got junior suite.

I am sure it was 4 star hotel about 10-15years ago, needs renovating.

We felt that the amenities provided were somewhat limited. For instance, the elevators were slow, and the mini bar wasn't fully stocked.
